It is autumnal

Hello. Life goes on and is still busy. It is soon Halloween, the most wonderful day of the year. Doing a fair few self-tapes even though I don’t have my office yet. We had our flu jabs recently and are feeling the natural exhaustion that goes with them. But hopefully we won’t get actual influenza now (if you don’t qualify for NHS services, please consider getting jabs at a pharmacy).

I wish I could tell you that Naboo has finished chemo, but unfortunately we’ve been told he needed more after what should have been the final sessions. Now we’re hoping that tomorrow is his last one, but it really depends on what they tell us when they examine him. A lot of lumps have shrunk and it’s just a case of getting rid of the “roots,” but he also developed something weird that we spotted, and the vet doesn’t really know what to make of it. I just hope the chemo works on it.
Aside from for a couple of days after having a chemo dose, he still has a lot of energy and tends to run around the house driving us insane. It’s making me rethink whether we want any other pets after this. I’ve probably said before, I’ve never had a dog this young before, and, my God. He has so many toys, he goes on walks, we play, he uses his puzzle toys. And still he is somehow pulling energy out of his ass.

UPDATE: Naboo has in fact had his last chemo dose! He has to go for a check-up in about a month but he should, now, be cancer-free! We are obviously delighted about this. He is feeling very poorly, swaying a lot and having very slow reactions, bless him. He’s also been doing sudden small vomits. But hopefully he’ll be feeling normal again in a couple of days!

Nice trees.
Charlie has sadly gone, now 💔
Another collage from Google.
So elegant yet also somehow shaped like a weasel.
I forgot that this happened if you leave Project Zero paused for a long time.
So many cuts. So many random frames it had a problem with. So many export attempts.
A certain local buttface ate my earpieces, so I had to get new ones. I went for Moondrop Chu this time, because they were actually cheaper than just reordering the same ones I had before, and someone had recommended them to me in the past. The packaging had a panda on it. My previous earphones were also perfectly good to me, but alas, Naboo ate them when a certain local husband left him unattended.

I also got a really cute cat hook to hang my studio headphones on, but, I didn’t realise that if I put it on the intended monitor, it will hit the door where I currently am, or if I put it on the opposite one, the cat will be facing away from me, oops.

The inside of my mind right now 🎃
A surprise sunflower we didn’t realise had grown this year, only discovered when we did a lot of pruning.
A big slug boi.
Oru the Sheep Dog.
I was awkwardly advised that my Instagram highlights were very overwhelming for casting directors and co, so with much guidance, I trimmed everything down, and may have to do more trimming in time.
Clean your fomites with Dettol wipes! Your door handles, your light switches! I am weirdly passionate about this!

The Halloween season is underway in FO76! Which is fun, but it means I’m seriously slacking on Dune. The trouble with that is, you lose your base and everything in it if you don’t log on regularly to refuel your generators, and I’m finding that hard at the moment because map resets have meant that there aren’t a lot of fuel cell crates around my house! But at least I managed to get my fake taxes paid.

My Abraxo jumpsuit is so cool, and I felt I should put Beckett in a more wintry outfit.
Press A to Spooky!
Hello I am very sane.
Chopsticks through a gas mask?
Got a Cremator so I could unlock some cool pink fire.
Of course, I quickly set myself on some of that cool pink fire.
Coolest unlock so far this year is for sure, the Glowing Skeleton costume. I also like the decoration in the background that I think is just meant to be a ghost being spooky, but instead it looks like he’s flexing. Alas, Honeycomb Ghost Lantern A continues to elude me, a year on.
Do you think I made my candy bowl obvious enough for strangers?
And I did indeed catch the October axolotl.
I don’t know why this delivery is so absolutely funny.
I finally finished Project Zero at the age of 35! I am a brave adult.
I feel like I survived much better in the sequel, but apparently it was not good.
Most of this one was me trying to get this cat to love me.
Thanks but I hate it quite a lot.
Ghost just casually on the floor ignoring me.
Ma’am are you OK.
That’s . . . better?

Well, I finally finished 3 Project Zero games that I started in my youth. I haven’t played any of the ones released afterwards, I think the 4th one was only released in Japan initially. I remember having a cosy day watching a longplay of it years ago. Also, a remake of 2 is coming out soon.

There is a Project Zero video coming out tomorrow (or I guess today, since it’s 2am), but I can’t link to it in advance before it publishes.

UPDATE: Here it is lol. Enjoy.

PS: I’m aware that people can’t comment on this blog, because it gives people an invalid token error. I’m not sure what to do about it, last time I asked WordPress support, they said something confusing about it being caused by the 2FA that I have to log in. So, sorry about that.
